Terms and Conditions

I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing:

1. I have read the return and shipping memo.
2. I understand that it may take up to 7 business days for my order to process and ship.
3. I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery. It may take 7-14 business days OR MORE to receive my order.
4. I confirm that I have ordered the correct items and quantities.
5. I understand that the meeting place for pickup orders is at Costco.
6. I understand that I will be contacted by email only for pickup orders.
   
7. I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.
8. I understand that I will only be emailed twice to schedule a pickup date and time for my pickup order.
9. I understand that after I have been sent two emails, it will be my responsibility to JB&B Au Naturels to pick up my order.
10. I understand that if I choose pickup, I will be at the pickup location within 10 minutes of the agreed meeting time. If I am later than 10 minutes, I will have to reschedule. 
11. I understand that JB&B Au Naturels is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from USPS.
12. I understand that JB&B Au Naturels is not responsible for the misuse of ANY products I order.
13. I understand that during the hot months, orders will only be shipped out Monday- Wednesday. 
14. I understand that JB&B Au Naturels is not responsible for any packages once they are shipped.
